Your product warranty

Our full warranty covers your product against manufacturing defects for 12 months, unless otherwise stated, from the date of installation. All manufacturing defect is covered by our full warranty, repairs/replacement of defect is fully covered. Warranty will be voided from accidental damage or unauthorised modifications.

External installation by third-party workshops/ individuals has limited warranty 12 months from purchase. The limited warranty does not cover damage to camera lens and extension cables.

Therefore, for limited or expired warranty, your repair/ replacement fee will vary, depending on the issue.

 

Where can I get certified repairs?

Certified repairs and service are available at Bisado Technologies store. The repairs are backed by the respective cameras’ manufacturers.

How long will it take?

Replacement/repairs of camera systems will take approximately 1 hour to 3 hours depending on the issue. Our experienced mechanics will advise on exact downtime upon appointment.

How much will it cost?

  1. If you have a valid full warranty, diagnostics is covered on all manufacturing defects.

  2. If your full warranty has expired/ limited warranty/ voided warranty, we will charge a $30 diagnostics fee.

  3. After examining your product, your technician will confirm the total costs for repair or replacement.
